Personality:
Because of his background (which you will read in a moment) Marius is really polite and passive. Maybe because he naps so much. He is kind of bipolar. He will be nice and obedient to people who he likes and most ladies. but if you cross him he will turn into a whole different person. He will blindly yell at you and attack you. You will be his enemy forever. Even if it was a misunderstanding, Marius is a prideful person and will never forgive you. He holds grudges forever.

Background: As you may wonder, what kind of twisted fairy tail creature has the last name "Church"? Well Marius wasn't always a Dormouse...He was a Churchmouse. Marius was brought up by his single father who was the pastor of the church. He was taught all the lessons of the good and he was happy. A curious thing about Marius's father's church was that no women were allowed. Marius's Dad believed that women were evil and vile creatures that didn't have a brain. Marius was taught all this and more. He was blind to the world because his dad would refuse to let Marius leave the church. Marius was content but he felt like there was more to his life.
One day Marius felt hungry and went downstairs to the church's storage room for food. He went inside turned on the light and saw his dad in the middle of raping a young girl. Marius was shocked he didn't know what to do. He tried to pull his dad away but his father was going crazy. he didn't feel small Marius's attempts to pull away. In a panic young Marius grabbed his father's neck and tugged...it seemed to loosen his dad's grip so Marius squeezed harder. Seconds later his father dropped dead to his feet. Marius in his shock and ran as fast as he could away from the church out of the place. Forever traumatized. Marius ran into the world he never entered alone and confused. Was everything his father taught him wrong. Marius from this experience turned into a person who didn't really care about anything and who was lazy and slept the whole day. He joined a mafia gang in the area. There he learned how to fight and he learned the complete opposite of what he was brought up to be. He became gang leader and did countless battles daily.

Marius started to wonder what is the point of living...he was bored with his life.
One day he heard a voice...that was very feminine coming from outside his hideaway. Marius was getting ready to nap and he was really irritated.
GO THE FUCK AWAY! he yelled
He heard a answer: Awww that's not the way to talk to a queen~ and with that the door to the hideout slammed down. Behind it was a very attractive woman who looked like she could kick his ass.
Marius who from the incident that traumatized him, never came in contact with a female and refused any girls in his gang was shocked. This was his first time seeing a girl in ages. Marius stared and then a horrible thought came to his mind "she's beautiful" and blushed a deep shade of red. What is wrong with you he pushed the thought away...darn hormones.
She looked down at him on his bed and said
Well you look like you have a lot of time on your hands...what do you think about protecting me and my castle? I assure you it pays very well ;D
From that day on Marius was given a new life. Alice the queen showed him so many good things about the world that no one had ever had the time to show Marius. Good as in watching the world burn of course xD. Marius view was totally changed from when he was younger. Women were wonderful and all men are scumbags.



Other additional info:

Got the scar from Chessy...Marius was napping in the courtyard and Chessy sneaked up on him to play a trick. He was only going to poke him and try to scare him. Unfortuantely from years of surviving, Marius is a light sleeper and he jerked awake causing Chessy's hand to slip and lightly graze his eye. Thankfully it wasn't deep enough to cause damage but Marius was convinced that Chessy did it on purpose. From that day on Marius viewed Chessy as an enemy.

Marius is a light sleeper so he always looks tired

he likes tea because it was the first beverage Alice gave him

Marius is handy with locks and keys because when he was younger in the church, that was his job. To fix broken locks and repair rusted keys.

He keeps his last name as Church to remind him of his past
